At Premium Weimaraners USA, our priority is the wellbeing of every puppy and a smooth, trustworthy adoption process for every family. Because purchasing a puppy is a long-term commitment, our policies are in place to protect both the buyer and the dog.
Deposits & Reservation Fees
A $500 refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit ensures that the puppy is held exclusively for you and prevents last-minute cancellations that affect placement and care schedules.
Once your deposit is processed, the chosen puppy will be marked as reserved, and you’ll receive updates, scheduled communication, and pickup or delivery arrangements.

Final Payment
Final payment is required:

At pickup for in-person collection.

Before transport for delivery or arranged shipping.
Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Zelle, bank transfer, or Apple pay, Crypto, Chime, Paypal, and gift cards.

Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of animal adoption, refunds work differently from regular retail purchases. Refunds are issued under limited circumstances:

The selected puppy becomes unavailable due to unforeseen medical circumstances before pickup or delivery.

A licensed veterinarian confirms a life-threatening genetic condition within the first 72 hours after the puppy goes home.

There is a verified breach in contract on the breeder’s part.

Change of mind after reserving a puppy

Personal schedule conflicts

Housing, landlord, or pet-restriction issues

Allergies discovered after purchase

Financial inability to continue ownership
Before reserving a puppy, we recommend reviewing independent breed information to ensure the breed fits your lifestyle.
Returns or Rehoming
We do not accept returns for refunds. However, if personal circumstances change in the future, we will assist in rehoming through our breeder network. This ensures the puppy remains safe and properly placed.
